Your opinion matters a lot..Please cast your vote

I reckon you all are pretty well aware of the fact that elections in India are bound to happen sometime this month.  Let’s us be honest and ask ourselves this question. How many of us really care about the government? Have you ever cast your vote?  It has been estimated that nearly 60-70% of the educated Indians don’t vote.  I firmly believe that our vote can make a lot of difference and it is essential that each one of us should cast our vote to help in building a better India. From the very beginning I refrained from writing about politics in this site. But having understood the importance of voting I decided to share my thoughts on the significance of casting our vote. You can cast your vote to any party, which you think deserves to win. But please do vote.  I understand that it is really very hard to select a deserving candidate to vote for. But I advise you to cross check the credentials of the candidate, the welfare schemes he had implemented and the proposed election manifesto that contains all the future plans of the party. By duly casting our caste we can ensure that the right government, which is interested in people and not money, comes to power.  I sincerely urge all the citizens of India to cast their vote as it our duty and responsibility to lead India to the path of sustained progress.

Late Realization

Of late, you would have noticed too many layoffs in different prominent MNC’s across the world. The situation is pathetic as many are losing jobs at a rampant phase. What is the best thing that could be done right now? What if you are in the risk of losing your job? I happen to realize some time back that this is the right time to pursue higher education. To put it in much more simpler terms I would say that this is the right time for higher studies and not employment. A master’s or a management will certainly add a lot of value to your resume and can increment your chances of finding good job offers. The recession has already caused a lot of damage and still continues to hamper the economy. The global economy is resilient and will definitely bounce back to normalcy but it might take a lot of time say at least 1-2 years. So it’s prudent to cash in on the available time and complete our higher studies. What do you think?
